The Description of Impact punch press system: 

This machine is composed of the control system, turret punch press and two-axis component feeder. Turret and the two-axis feeding machine is driven by the servo motor, partly transmitted by the highly-precision ball screw, and supported by linear motion bearing lead. It adopts the sheet pneumatic positioning. The turret rotates and locks set by the program, which also adjusts the punching. It is equipped with the standard punch with one-time filling. In the punching process, the product can realize the program-controlled automatic discharge and feeding, rapid die exchange and continuous punching. The die exchange is easy and express and the punching process is uninterrupted. The dies are changed conveniently. Besides, the die inventory can be established to make the punching of all graphs and thickness possible. The product has unique advantages for processing the plates of diversified types and complicated drills.
